Terms of Use

version 2026-05-31 ·

These Terms of Use govern access to the TriageHub portal (triagehub.ai) — the institutional showcase of the Triage suite (TriageCode, TriageShield and TriageBug). By browsing the portal or submitting the contact form, you agree to the terms below. The portal is a showcase: there is no checkout, billing or account creation here.

1. Purpose and nature of the portal

TriageHub presents the three products of the suite, supporting content (blog, docs and cases) and a channel for consultative contact. The products’ usage environments are served outside this portal, at the destinations triagehub.ai/code, triagehub.ai/bug and triagehub.ai/shield, each with its own operational terms.

2. Permitted use

You may freely access and read the portal’s content to evaluate the Triage suite. The following is prohibited: (a) attempting to compromise the integrity, availability or security of the site and the contact endpoint; (b) using automated means to abuse the form; (c) using the content in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

3. Consultative contact

The form collects minimal data (name, email and message) under explicit consent, solely to continue the conversation you started. The processing of this data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. We do not promise a response time or any commercial commitment from the mere submission of the form.

4. Intellectual property

The Triage, TriageHub, TriageCode, TriageShield and TriageBug brands, the texts, the visual identity and the portal’s materials belong to the operation responsible for the suite. The content is made available for reading and evaluation; reproduction or commercial use requires prior authorization.

5. Supporting content

The published articles, documents and cases are informative in purpose and reflect the technical behavior of the products. Cases built from technical proofs are identified as such and do not constitute a promise of a specific result.

6. Availability

We strive to keep the portal available and performant, but it is provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the content at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operation is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the portal. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that the law grants to the user inalienably.

8. Changes and versioning

These Terms are versioned, like every legal page on the portal. Relevant changes generate a new version, with the update date indicated above. Continued use after the publication of a new version implies agreement with the current text.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the LGPD. Questions and requests may be sent to contato@triagehub.ai.
