From zero to system, with method
Build a product from scratch through the full SDD pipeline — the deliverable is the working product plus the trail of documents that sustains it.
TriageCode (tcode) is the AI-assisted development environment that puts method, evidence and governance at the center — a terminal with a visual interface, built on an agent engine, that guides the team along rails of assisted work from idea to code, always with traceability and human approval where it matters.
Blindly generated code compiles, but no one understands it later; it hallucinates without warning and closes as “done” on the hearsay of “I think I finished.” Without an objective arbiter of DONE, without backing for what’s proven and without human approval where the decision is sensitive, the AI’s speed turns into technical debt and risk.
The flow is Idea → PRD → Architecture → Stories → Implementation. Each phase has a specialized agent role and a canonical artifact versioned in the repository — no implicit knowledge, because what the agent can't see doesn't exist.
A phase only goes green when it passes executable sensors — commands that return success or failure. The Developer never declares DONE; that’s exclusive to QA, with recorded evidence. No more “done” by opinion.
Architecture, strategy and fixes become cards in the Decision Panel, with the recommended option on top and the rationale. The AI recommends with backing; the final word is always human.
Filter by Report (diagnosis, no code change) or Execution (applies changes) — some modes serve both.
Build a product from scratch through the full SDD pipeline — the deliverable is the working product plus the trail of documents that sustains it.
Evolve a system worth keeping, adopting SDD in parts — the only mode that also applies the changes (phase 5).
Example report ↗Decide whether to invest in an existing system, via an objective score. Read-only — never modifies the target.
Example report ↗Map an existing system’s state and prioritize risk — without changing anything. Two tabs: Executive and Complete.
Example report ↗Fix the approved findings of a diagnosis with the discipline of a change process. Every change happens only with a signed contract.
Plan the migration/rewrite ensuring the new does the same as the old. Parity proof becomes a blocking sensor.
Example report ↗A free conversational agent — chat + terminal, no SDD phases or gates. It pauses and asks for authorization before destructive operations.
Dual-face (dev↔CTO), governance and compliance run across every mode — ISO/IEC/IEEE, NIST SP 800-218, OWASP ASVS/SAMM, ITIL.
Each diagnosis mode ships a versioned, citable, self-contained HTML report. Click to open it.
the grammar (backing, control-plane, Signal→Evidence) stays; only the atmosphere changes
You are here. Evidence decides what's done, from idea to deploy.
When something escaped the method, triage becomes the hunt.
