Privacy Policy (LGPD)
This Privacy Policy describes how the TriageHub portal (triagehub.ai)
processes the personal data collected when you talk to the team through the
consultative contact form. It is aligned with the General Data Protection Law
(Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and is the version your consent references at the
moment you submit the form.
1. Who the controller is
The data controller is the operation responsible for the TriageHub portal and the Triage product suite (TriageCode, TriageShield and TriageBug). To exercise rights or ask questions about privacy, write to contato@triagehub.ai.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the minimum necessary to respond to your consultative contact:
- Name — so we can address you.
- Email — the only channel for responding to your contact.
- Message — the content you send us.
Along with the submission, we also record:
- The type of conversation chosen (talk to a specialist, request a demo or see the spec and architecture), used only to route the inquiry.
- The origin product of the contact (hub, TriageCode, TriageShield or TriageBug).
- The consent record: confirmation that you authorized the processing, the version of this policy in effect at submission, and the date/time of acceptance.
We do not ask for sensitive data, there is no checkout or billing, and we do not request documents, phone or address. If you voluntarily include other data in the body of the message, it will be processed under this same purpose.
3. What we use the data for (purpose)
The purpose is single and specific: to continue the consultative contact you started — to respond, qualify the conversation and route it to the right specialist. We do not use the data for profiling, sale to third parties, or advertising.
4. Legal basis
The processing relies on your consent (art. 7, I, of the LGPD), collected explicitly through a mandatory checkbox on the form, and on the legitimate interest of responding to a request that came from you (art. 7, IX). Consent is a precondition: without it, the form is neither recorded nor forwarded.
5. How the data is processed and by whom
The submission generates a record in a single service queue, segmented only by the type of conversation chosen. The team is notified by transactional email via API, by a contracted sending provider that acts as an operator under our instructions. We apply anti-spam protection (a hidden honeypot field and a rate limit per origin) to preserve the integrity of the channel.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or assign your data. Sharing is limited to the transactional email/queue provider strictly necessary to deliver the message to the team, and to authorities when there is a legal obligation.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the contact and to comply with legal obligations. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the data is deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion at any time through the contact email.
8. Your rights
Under arts. 17 to 22 of the LGPD, you may, at any time, request: confirmation that processing exists; access to the data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and revocation of consent. Requests are handled through the email contato@triagehub.ai.
9. Security
We treat security as a property of the whole system, not as an optional feature. The capture endpoint validates the data on the server, requires consent before recording and protects the channel against automated abuse. Credentials and secrets never travel in the site’s content.
10. Cookies
The portal is mostly static and does not use advertising tracking or profiling cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.
11. Versioning and changes
This policy is versioned: the version field above is recorded along with your consent, so it is always known which text you consented to. When the document changes in a relevant way, we publish a new version and the update date. Earlier consultations remain bound to the version in effect at that time.
